PC sun shed

PC board processing technology includes: PC board cutting, PC board CNC processing (cutting, drilling, milling groove, carving), PC board bending (cold bending, hot bending), PC board hot pressing, PC board punching, PC board bonding, PC board polishing, PC board printing, PC board blister, blow molding, compression molding and other deep processing.


PC board cutting: PC board cutting process is relatively simple, easy to operate, high efficiency, low processing costs. The main processing is the processing business which does not require high precision of PC plate size. The cutting accuracy of PC board is related to the cutting accuracy of table saw and the working experience of the cutter. The manual control precision of PC board cutting is generally about 0.5mm.


CNC machining of PC board: CNC machining of PC board for carving, drilling, milling and engraving. It is mainly aimed at the business of high machining precision of PC board. At present, there are two kinds of CNC engraving machines. One is CNC engraving machine with drill, the other is CNC laser engraving machine. Drill engraving machine is mainly used to carve PC board, pet board, PETG board, PS board, PE board, PVC board and other thermoplastic plates. Laser engraving machine is mainly used to carve acrylic plexiglass, with bright engraving effect. PC board bending: PC board bending mainly includes hot bending and cold bending. Hot bending refers to mechanical or manual bending of PC board after local heating by mechanical or special methods; cold bending refers to mechanical or manual bending at room temperature. When bending, in order to avoid the impression left by the cutter die at the bending position of PC board, it is necessary to pay attention to the selection between the thickness of PC board and the cutter die. In order to avoid cracking at the bending dead corner, the bending opening should be opened. The size of the bending opening has a certain relationship with the thickness of the plate.


Hot forming of PC board: hot forming of PC board is to put the board into the machine with higher temperature for a period of time to soften it, and then put it into the mold prepared in advance to cool and form. Take PC board as an example: if the PC board is placed for a long time, it should be dried and dehumidified before thermoforming; if it is a new extruded board, this process can be ignored. In the process of heating and softening, the time and temperature should be controlled, otherwise white bubbles will appear inside the PC board. Because the temperature of PC board drops rapidly at room temperature, it should be put into the tool immediately after it comes out of the oven for shaping, cooling and molding.


PC board stamping: PC board stamping, we use this process mainly because of its high efficiency. Some plates are relatively thin, and there are many holes on the products that need to be processed. In this case, only stamping can be used. If CNC or general engraving is used, the cost will be higher. This is not the main reason. In fact, it is because of the high efficiency of stamping. The requirement of PC board stamping for PC board is that the board itself should have a certain toughness. All the materials that are easy to break are not easy to do stamping processing. This is caused by the physical force of stamping, which is easy to break when stamping. The thickness of the plate is limited by the hydraulic punch press. Generally, it can only press PC plate within 1.5mm. Although the plate of 2mm or even thicker can also be pressed, it also brings about the rise of the cost. Because the thickness increases, the cycle of customized cutter die will become more and more frequent (stamping a few cutter dies is easier to damage, of course, the accuracy will also be reduced). Generally, PC plate can be pressed Stamping can only be done within 2mm, mainly because the strength of the customized die for PC board stamping is not enough. At present, the stamping process of PC board is mostly within 1.5mm, and the number is relatively large.


PC board bonding: every kind of plastic board bonding will have a special glue, which is determined by the physical properties of the board, so is PC board. The bonding of PC board depends on the bonding strength, the flatness of the bonding part and the appearance effect after bonding.


The polishing of PC board: the polishing of PC board is mainly for the subsequent processing of the cut or carved PC board section. The main types of polishing are: General wool pad polishing, polishing knife or art knife polishing, laser flame polishing and so on. Each polishing process has its own advantages. Different polishing processes can be selected according to the needs.


PC board printing: almost all flat PC boards can be printed. It can be processed as needed. However, the general PC board printing is best carried out in the dust-free workshop, the printing effect will be better.
